SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order be delivered?

At KLIP Lifestyle we are committed to ensuring that you receive the best quality of service with your every purchase.

 

Please note that each piece you ordered is handmade/made to order especially for you in Europe, therefore, unless specified differently, we estimate the delivery time to be between 6 to 12 weeks (depending on stock availability)

​ Arrangement of the delivery date by telephone is made by the Customer Service Department.

At every stage of the order process, you will be kept up to date about the progress by our consultants, who will also inform you in advance about a planned delivery date. If at any time you have any questions, you can reach us on ​hello@theklipgroup.com

Will I be charged a delivery fee? 

(HK and Other Countries)

​ Shipping cost will be calculated after confirmation of your delivery address.

Order Weight Estimated Cost of Shipping

0.5 kg – 19.99kg $200

20.00kg – 29.99kg $300

30.00kg – 39.99kg $400

40.00kg – 49.99kg $500

Above 50kg Cost will be provided on demand

​ In case of large-size shipments, which, due to their size and weight, and for safety reasons, are shipped on pallets or half-pallets (eg. chests of drawers, sofas, tables, benches, large mirrors, etc.), the shipping cost will be provided separately.  Please note that additional charges my occur if the lift is not available or not suitable to carry the goods to your floor. Our Customer Service team will contact you to confirm the requirement and will provide a quotation for your acceptance.

Will I be charged any taxes or duties?

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If the package is refused or returned to us, all customs charges or fees will be charged to you.


Is my order insured?

KLIP Lifestyle insures all orders during transit until delivery is received. All orders must be signed for at time of delivery, at which moment you accept all responsibility for the order.

If the recipient is not the original purchaser, such as in the case of a gift delivery, the recipient's signature will be accepted by KLIP Lifestyle as evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Not in love with your new purchase? 

 

If you still aren’t convinced, let’s figure out how to get something that will make your happy. We want you to love what you bought.

 

Since most of our products are custom made or limited edition, we can not do refunds but we will do our best to sort out a replacement for you for situations such as:

 

  • The wrong product was delivered to you

  • The product was damaged
