When will my order be delivered?

We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Please note that Outlying Islands and non-urban areas will be subject to an additional day delivery time.
This is a custom made product therefore the delivery time may vary. We estimate the delivery time to be between 8 to 12 weeks (depending on stock availability)
Will I be charged a delivery fee?
We deliver within Hong Kong free of charge for certain products. Worldwide delivery is available, subject to additional price.

Will I be charged any taxes or duties?
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your selected shipping destination.
Is my order insured?
KLIP Lifestyle insures all orders during transit until delivery is received. All orders must be signed for at time of delivery, at which moment you accept all responsibility for the order.
If the recipient is not the original purchaser, such as in the case of a gift delivery, the recipient's signature will be accepted by KLIP Lifestyle as evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order.
